I am delighted to have you visit my website! Currently, I am in my 31st year of teaching. Though I have experience in another state, as well as in an additional county in Georgia, I consider Mt. Zion Elementary to be my home! I came to MZE as a part-time QUEST instructor, leaving a first grade position. After 4 years of part-time teaching, I became a full-time gifted education facilitator, accruing a total of 14 years of experience in the field. I love creative, out-of-the-box thinkers, which makes me a good fit for teaching second grade math and science!

If your son or daughter is in my room, be sure to take advantage of the following to ensure that you are up-to-date on what your child is learning in class; are getting tips for helping at home; know when important county-wide tests are being given; are getting helpful reminders; and are informed about special class events.
