I graduated from the University of West Georgia with my bachelor's degree (2015) and master's degree (2018) in Early Childhood Education. This is my 11th year teaching at Mount Zion Elementary and I absolutely love my job! I am the drama club advisor which is so rewarding! I was honored to be a Carroll County Schools Teacher of the Year Finalist after being named Teacher of the Year at MZE last school year. I am also very blessed to be a wife and mother. My husband, Josh, and I live in Carrollton with our four beautiful kids, Lucy, Kayson, Livi Rae, and Everly, our dog, Bailey, and our cat, Moose. Lucy is a 10th grader at Central, Kayson is in 2nd grade at MZE, and Livi Rae is in Kindergarten at MZE. As a family, we love to spend time with our church family, travel, visit family, and just hang out.  A few of my favorite things are coffee, glitter, worship music, Chick-fila-a, and Amazon! I look forward to working with you and your children!
